Calling all Artist's
The Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County is inviting Windsor-Essex residents to help define the look of the 45th annual Carrousel of the Nations Festival. Artists and designers from across the county are encouraged to create works that capture the spirit of the celebration, embody our community and incorporate this year’s theme: “Your Passport to the World”
